He's a schnauzer/chihuahua mix and is almost two months old. We named him Jackson- he's really playful and sleeps a lot. Sydney mostly ignores him and runs from him when he tries to play. She keeps her distance from him but we're hoping she'll warm up to him soon. He's not potty-trained yet so that is going to be interesting, but his cuteness makes up for it! This picture on the right is about as close as they get to each other.

Wow! Now you've got to tell us the back-story. How did you find Jackson? (And yes, he's very cute...)
=) Well actually we've been passively looking for a playmate for Rinney for a couple of weeks. Aaron stopped by the pet store in Pocatello during work Saturday because they were having a big "puppy sale". He came across this little man and his brother while there and picked Jackson (the calmer of the two). He made his Channel 6 debut at 5pm Saturday. Neither of us much like the thought of "buying" an animal, but we figured it would be hard to find a small (and in high demand)breed. He's definitely a little guy- I would say maybe 2 lbs. He's great, and I think the last furry addition to our family for awhile =)
