Update

Alrighty, so we are officially 12 weeks pregnant, in the safe-er zone, cruising along with no morning sickness at all, and getting pretty impatient for December to arrive. As Aaron says though, he/she is "only half-baked". Its been super easy so far- if we hadn't had 5 positive at-home tests and an ultrasound I probably still wouldn't believe it. Don't look pregnant (unless I eat a little too much pizza), and don't feel pregnant. Besides craving pickles days before we suspected anything at all and feeling VERY tired all of the time (no one ever said anything about that!) We've got an appointment on Thursday when we should be able to hear the heartbeat with the doppler so I will update again then. In other news, we are (again) looking for a bigger place to move to here. I've had a lot of people suggest we look into buying- the idea really intimidates both of us as we'd hate to add $150,000+ to our current debt especially right now--maybe in a year or two--although finding a nice, affordable, and pet-friendly rental home is not easy. Don't worry though- the 4th of July party is still on (at our current perfect-for-firework-viewing house)

Aaron is still working two jobs and they are wearing him out. If he could work out of the Idaho Falls office it would make a world of difference but for now thats not going to happen. He's been getting really into photography lately- he's even got a wedding booked for August and a family shoot this month so that is exciting- and he's getting really good at it as well. Here's one of my favorites he took of a B-17 that flew into town a few days ago.
As for me...working at Kohl's...working on getting paperwork sent to the State Board of Nursing so I can take the LPN exam and then get a "real" job. Which, ironically, I happen to be dreading. I'm determined not to settle for a job I don't enjoy. Sure, thats being picky and maybe unrealistic but if I am going to be a nurse, I don't want to find myself burned-out after two or three years.
Blahhhhhhhhh.
Oh, but we also have more exciting news. Jack is getting neutered on Thursday. Yes! Not to be morbid, but I am very much looking forward to it. Not the operation, but the positive changes it has better bring or so help us... please, please cross your fingers it will help calm him down. And that his pain medication will sedate him for a few days...
